Chowder is a 3 year old male Shih Tzu mix, probably with Lhasa Apso that is cute as can be.  He is a good boy and is sweet and cuddyly, but does need some continued training and is not the greatest with big dogs. He would do best with a small dog or as the only dog. He is good with cats.  Chowder is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
