Donnie is a gorgeous 2 year old Dogo Argentino who was pulled from the shelter after being hit by a car. He had major breaks in his tibia and fibia that were repaired with a plate and screws. After weeks of crate rest and recovery, he is doing fabulous and waiting for his forever home. Donnie is a very sweet boy and loves to give and receive affection. He does need his basic training to be continued, but he is crate trained and walks well on leash. He should not have any small animals or small children in his forever home. Donnie can be dog selective, so either a submissive female friend or no other dogs in the home is preferred. Donnie is 2 years old, neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting this gorgeous sweet boy, please submit an application on our website heertorescue.org.
