Will is an adorable small terrier/spaniel mix that is 12 weeks old.  He has a congenital neurological anomaly that has affected his vision, balance and fine motor skills.  It is much like cerebellar hypoplasia. He is a sweet boy that can walk and potty on his own and he absolutely loves to be held and cuddled.  He is happy and wags his tail a whole lot, and he loves to give kisses.  Will is looking for an adopter that is compassionate and dedicated, and has a heart of gold to give him the life he so deserves.  He is special, but can still live a wonderful life!
