Savannah is a 3 year old beautiful female American Staffordshire Terrier and Lab mix. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccines, and is microchipped.  She originally was rescued as a stray dog with a litter of puppies. All of the puppies were adopted out, but she hadn't spent time around people, so we have been working with her to integrate her into a home.  She loves other dogs and is submissive to them, and would really prefer a home with another dog/dogs. She is housetrained and is a good girl.  Small kids and their fast movements would probably scare her, but she is good with all people.  Savannah walks well on a leash, knows commands sit, down, shake, and kiss. She likes to follow her person around the house and be with you, but she is not one to sit on your lap and is fearful of hugs. Her family would have to patient with her for a while as she adapts to a new setting. She is quite shy, and is still fearful of new things, but she is trusting more and more each day.  She also loves water and loves to chase the water from a hose.  She likes to stand in the fountain at her foster's home lol!
