Tilli is a 4 year old female Maltese that was surrendered to a shelter after being left in a backyard for some time.  Her hair was very matted and her skin was infected.  The matts were removed and she was shaved down. She has recovered from everything and her hair is growing back in now! She is feeling like a new dog and is loving her walks, playing tug of war, and loves to chew bones.
